When your box arrives at the post office to be shipped, an email is immediately sent to you with a tracking number. If you ever want to know the status of your shipment, click on that tracking number for the latest updates. Keep in mind, we ship through USPS Priority shipping which usually takes 1-3 days for shipments within the US. The USPS website includes a disclaimer stating they cannot guarantee your package will arrive within 1-3 days.
Once your box leaves our facility and makes it to the post office, it is completely out of our hands. Any issues after that point have to be dealt with through USPS. It is not common for boxes to get lost in the mail, but if it does happen to your box, we will do our best to track down lost packages if needed. You can also contact them using that tracking number, which might bring you a quicker resolution. If your box arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to us so we can file a claim through USPS. Again, it's not common, but it does happen.
For Subscribers Outside the US:
If you are ordering a box from outside the US, please know the window for delivery can be anywhere between 7-23 business days. Because there is such a massive window of possible delivery dates, it is near impossible for us to be able to get international boxes to subscribers by any targeted delivery date. Know that your box will be shipped around the same time every month. If you notice it arriving around the same time each month and you'd like to adjust it, email us and let us know so we can adjust your shipment date.
