We ship on the 1st and the 15th of every month through USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. Select a ship day that works best for your cycle. Aim to have your box delivered at least one week before you expect to get your period. Please remember, shipping times can vary. You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription any time.
